From time to time, I have clients the require some groundwork, clean up etc. prior to listing their home with myself. This type of work/cleanup etc can help immensely in the sale of their home. Also, I have past clients that could use some yard / property work and this equipment may also be available (time depending).

Available equipment is a Bobcat E35 mini excavator and 14,000 lbs. dump trailer for use at low hourly rate but the main catch is its only available when I have time to operate it for you.
