In 2012 my wife and I moved to Prince George from Regina Saskatchewan. Dean Birks was recommended to us by another agent and he was instrumental in assisting us with purchasing a new home that was only partially completed. I want to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the services provided to my wife and I by Dean Birks as our real estate agent. He was recommended to me by a competing agency from Regina as they did not have an office in Prince George. We had a very short amount of time to find a house and make an offer to purchase which required us to arrived on a Friday and visit homes for the next 4 days including the weekend. Dean went above and beyond in finding suitable homes based on our wish list. He was very much at our beck and call day and night during this time since we were pressed for time. His in-depth knowledge of Prince George's housing market and the city in general was invaluable to us as we had never been here before and knew little about the city and surrounding area.
