City’s international students look to stay after graduation
Prince George is seeing a significant increase in international students who are choosing to remain in the city after graduation.
The number of students who have remained and are working in the city after graduation jumped more than 70 per cent in two years, rising from 75 in 2015 to 130 in 2017. Prince George also saw its numbers of new immigrants spike in 2017 to 355, up almost 40 per cent from 2016.
