In the last 2 weeks the market is picking up with buyers. I am now busy with buyers from all categories ( investors, 1st time and those moving up or down in size of home). I think the fact the Federal Gov't has or is cracking down on the 0% down mortgages for 1st time buyers might mean those that are pre-approved might want to buy before they are required to put up a down payment.
Even thought I am busy I am never to busy for your referrals!
