1st time buyers exempt tax up to $425,000

The Provencial Government has issued amended First Time Home Buyers requirementsFinally the government has raised the price of first time home buyers exemption.As of today, a first time home buyer will now qualify for a full exemption of property transfer tax with a purchase price of less than $425,000 (rather than $375,000).
