Things are starting to pickup now that the snow and cold has stopped. As of this posting we have had since Jan.1st the BC Northern Real Estate Board has reported:
- 106 new listings (land, homes, condo etc)
- 56 sales (land, homes, condo etc)
So it should prove to be a very consistant market this year.
